Our aim
We want everyone to be able to use LearnVo, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard, voice control or magnification, or who have dyslexia or a visual impairment. We design to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.
What you can do
- Use LearnVo on a phone, tablet or computer, in any modern browser.
- Zoom in on pages; layouts reflow to fit narrow screens.
- Move around the site and platform with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline.
- Turn on captions in our video explainers with the CC button. The main points are also written out below each video.
- Reduce animation using your device's "reduce motion" setting: the moving backgrounds and glows then stay still.
Known issues
- Some interactive diagrams in the modules, where you drag a part of a drawing, work best with a mouse or touch. Where a value can be dragged, it can usually also be changed with + and − buttons, but not yet everywhere.
- Some demo pages use small text in tables on phones.
- The home page's screenshot slider changes every few seconds and doesn't yet have a pause button.
Tell us about a problem
If something doesn't work for you, or you need content in a different format, email support@learnvo.co.uk or call 07553 153 268. Tell us the page and what happened. We'll reply within 2 working days.
How we test
We check pages on phone, tablet and desktop and with a keyboard. We plan a full independent accessibility audit before the platform is used by centres at scale. This statement was last reviewed on 23 October 2026.
