These terms apply when you use learnvo.co.uk, including the demo. The site is run by LEARNVO LTD, registered in England and Wales (company number 17538659), registered office Royal Quays Business Centre, Coble Dene, North Shields, NE29 6DE. By using the site you agree to these terms. Centres using the platform are also covered by our platform terms, and people buying a course by our course terms.
2. Using the site
- You can browse the site, try the demo and share links to it.
- Don't try to break into, overload or interfere with the site or platform, get round its security or access controls, or use it to send spam or harmful material.
- Don't copy, scrape or reuse our modules, videos, questions, answers or designs, except as these terms or a licence from us allow.
- The demo uses made-up people and organisations, such as Northgate College, Demo College and Ashfield Engineering. Any resemblance to real people or organisations is coincidental.
3. Our content
LearnVo, its logo, the modules, videos, questions, worked solutions, software and site design belong to LEARNVO LTD or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Qualification names such as T Levels and V Levels belong to their owners and are used only to describe what LearnVo supports.
4. Information on the site
We work hard to keep the site accurate, but it's provided for general information. Example prices, discounts and territory availability shown on the site are illustrative and don't form an offer: actual terms are agreed in writing. Prices and figures in teaching scenarios are typical values for learning and shouldn't be relied on for real projects.
5. Links
Links to other sites are for convenience. We're not responsible for their content or how they use your data.
6. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we're not liable for any loss from using or being unable to use the free website and demo, or for business losses such as lost profit or data. If you're a consumer, you also have legal rights that these terms don't affect.
7. Changes and availability
We may update the site and these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. We aim to keep the site available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted.

9. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction. If you're a consumer living in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you can also bring proceedings in your local courts.
