In short: you get access to the course straight away and keep it for as long as stated on the course page. You can cancel within 14 days for a full refund if you haven't started the course. Our certificates show you completed a LearnVo course; they're not regulated qualifications.
1. Who you're buying from
LEARNVO LTD, registered in England and Wales (company number 17538659), registered office Royal Quays Business Centre, Coble Dene, North Shields, NE29 6DE. Email support@learnvo.co.uk, phone 07553 153 268.
2. Buying a course
- Courses are for people aged 16 and over. The course page shows the price, what's included, how long you have access and whether it's a one-off payment or a subscription.
- Prices include VAT where VAT applies. Payments are taken securely by Stripe; we never see your full card details.
- Your contract with us starts when we email to confirm your order.
3. Subscriptions
If you choose a subscription, it renews automatically at the end of each period at the price shown when you bought it, until you cancel. We'll remind you before an annual renewal. You can cancel at any time from your account or by emailing us, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
4. Your right to cancel
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you can cancel within 14 days of buying and get a full refund, as long as you haven't started the course. When you buy, we'll ask you to agree that access starts straight away and that you lose the right to cancel once you open the first unit. To cancel, email us within the 14 days with your name and order details. We'll refund you within 14 days, to the card you paid with.
5. If something's wrong
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be as described, fit for purpose and of satisfactory quality. If a course is faulty, tell us and we'll fix it or replace it. If we can't, you're entitled to a full or partial refund. These rights aren't affected by anything else in these terms.
6. Certificates
When you pass a course's final assessment at the mark shown on the course page, you'll get a LearnVo e-certificate of completion. It records a learning activity and its guided hours. It isn't a regulated qualification and doesn't on its own qualify you to carry out regulated work.
7. Using the course
Your access is personal to you. Please don't share your account or copy the course content. We may suspend access if an account is shared or misused. Course content reflects typical UK practice and prices at the time of writing; always follow current regulations and professional advice for real work.
8. Our liability
We're responsible for loss you suffer that's a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We're not responsible for business losses, as courses are for personal learning.
9. Complaints and disputes
Please contact us first, and we'll aim to sort things out within 14 days. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. You can bring a claim in the courts of England and Wales, or in your local courts if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland.
